In 2020, the world has witnessed major transformations at all levels, making it imperative for our company to review its values as part of the ten-year strategic plan. They are reflected in the acronym GREAT (Green, Responsible, Excellence, Adaptable and Trusted-Integrity):

GREEN : Natural disasters and extreme weather, as a result of climate change, are among the most severe risks we face today. Sustainable development is key to mitigate such risks. Our digital transformation journey as well as the use of greener technologies are examples of our contribution to both the sustainability of our planet and our organisation.

RESPONSIBLE : BIRGER. is committed to support its clients across its three core services (Technology, Security and Resiliency) through emerging technologies and helps them in their journey of organisational resilience by protecting them against risks and cyber threats. 
Through our collaboration with universities, we provide opportunities to the new generation whose quest for meaning, continuous learning and flexibility are fundamental. We can offer both vertical and horizontal career paths with the opportunity to work in different territories through our three business centers in Mauritius as well as those in the Indian Ocean Islands and Eastern Africa.

EXCELLENCE : We strive to bring the best services, products and solutions to our clients. As part of our strategy, we ensure that our employees are continuously trained while collaborating with the best partners in the industry.

ADAPTABLE : We need to continuously adapt our solutions to new cyber threats and technologies as well as new ways of work, from physical offices to collaboration in the metaverse. Our new office configurations will encourage collaboration between different Business Units (BUs) by promoting open space where our employees will be free to book their preferred work place on a weekly basis.
